    Original Slab

"I just found a really good, high quality cured beef that is based right here in Orange County! It’s called Biltong and is basically South African beef jerky. Besides having great flavor, for me the cool factor is that they cure it in a whole piece and then you can slice it as you eat it like a good salami. Just ate a whole piece with the kids as an after school snack! Also an interesting non-pork option for charcuterie boards…SCORE!" --Jimmy Stafford

    Original Biltong

"100% the best on-the-spot protein in the market. I couldn’t workout like I used to since I’d have to roll right into work - but now I can - without added sugar, fat or artificial sweeteners. 10/10 recommend to any working athlete." --Casey Roberts
